I need some basic specs on how to build a simple shotcret sprayer for personal use. Any ideas would be great!

2inch hose end cut at rubber then weld a 2 inch extention pipe to it preferable overlap and make that weld strong. Now find a tapperd rubber nossel and dbl hose clamp it to the 2inch extention, then in the fatest or dbl wall part of the 2 inch and overlapped steel tube drill in an air fitting I think 1/2 inch then weld a half inch tube of steel to that hole and tap in the air fitting to match the compressor fitting. Forgot the air shut of valve also .
Hmm I would go to your local ready mix company and ask where to buy one. Homeade shot nossels can blow up big time.

I think there is a way to build a shot crete machine with a 4000 psi power washer i have heard but cant find any info on it... i sure need one too ...

journey did you ever find a way to make a homemade shotcrete gun? I am from Canada but live in Thailand and there is no suppliers here for this equipment.
